Welcome to 6th Grade Science!! I’m very excited about the new school year and all of the fascinating wonders of science we will be observing, describing, and reporting. This year we will be following the Next Generation of Science Standards (NGSS) which consists of the physical, life and earth science disciplines. Throughout the year we will be keeping an interactive science notebook which will record our observations, notes, diagrams, comparisons, and scientific discoveries. The notebook is a showcase of our inquiry-based learning and is an excellent reference guide and tool used in preparing for tests and quizes.
